It involves eating well and being physically fit. It is a long-term commitment, and it is not a diet.

We started our healthy journey when we were in the middle of our infertility journey. We wanted to do it right and wanted to do anything to realize my dream of motherhood. And one of the ways we took was healthy living.

Do these things religiously every day for at least a month.Then before you know it, you will be reaping the benefits of healthy lifestyle.
It has been found that it takes at least twenty-one days to form a habit. But it doesn’t mean that after twenty-one days, you will stop.
No, it just means that by then, everything should be automatic. That it shouldn’t be hard for your to stick to the plan.
