Starting a blog is pretty easy, the hardest part is promoting it. If you want to have someone reading your excellent blog, then you have to make your blog known.

After spending your precious time in constructing a rich content, it is time to introduce it to the world. This is called marketing.

Marketing can be done in a lot of ways, by word of mouth, by paid advertising or simply by social media. Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Indeed, Twitter and more.

And almost all of humanity are on social media. It makes more sense that marketing happens there as well. Not to mention it is free.

During my first month of blogging, my only source of traffic is Pinterest. I didn’t have Facebook or Instagram back then. Twitter was another one I have but it is not doing me any good because I didn’t really understand how it works back then.

I pin almost every day, when I wake up, during my break from work and before I sleep. It was taking most of the time of which I should be using it to create more excellent content. That’s when I came across Boardbooster.

Boardbooster is a pin scheduling tool designed for bloggers like us. It optimizes Pinterest to work for you. Since using Boardbooster, I only use 30 mins of my day to manage my pins for the whole week. I just have to make Boardbooster work.

How To Make Boardbooster Work?

Boardbooster operates in three primary ways. It is through scheduling, looping, and campaign.

Scheduling

Boardbooster allows your pins to be published in the future. What it does is it creates secret feeder boards. You will then pin pins to the secret board, and Boardbooster will pin them to the boards you choose and the time you want.

It will make it look like you are always pinning on Pinterest which is what Pinterest wants. So you can just block half hour of your time each week to pin the week’s worth of pins to the secret boards. Such a time-saving tool.

Looping

Looping is a fantastic feature in which Boardbooster repins contents from oldest content first. It keeps old pins fresh by repinning it again to your board. It keeps boards active without you spending too much time on your account.

Campaign

Boardbooster has two campaigns, random and scheduled. Random campaigns contain pin that you want to be repinned at random times while Scheduled Campaigns includes pins that you want to be repinned at specific times.

I usually use campaigns when I have specific pins that I want to be repinned to group boards.

Other Features of Boardbooster

Best Time to Pin

Pin Doctor
