There are different causes of infertility, and some of them are treatable, and some are not. One of the best ways to address the problem is to start with ourselves. We can evaluate ourselves and assess what we can change to make everything better.

My husband and I honestly were not healthy eating people. We eat what we want regardless of nutrients. We were not work-out crazy as well. It was not until we had three failed IUIs that we have to sit down and evaluate ourselves.
